1. The service

3. Registration and accounts
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including verifying your phone number via a one-time passcode. You are responsible for keeping any account credentials we issue confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Fees and payment
The program fee is AED 397 (or as otherwise stated at the point of registration). Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing payment, you authorize the charge for the fee shown at checkout. Your enrollment is confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
5. Refunds
Refund eligibility, if any, will be as described at the point of sale or in any separate refund policy we provide. Where no specific refund policy applies, fees are non-refundable once access to the program has been granted, except as required by applicable law.

You agree not to:
- Share, resell, or redistribute program materials or credentials without authorization.
- Use the service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
7. Intellectual property
All program content, materials, branding, and software are owned by Wall St. 101 or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to access the materials for your own educational use only.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular educational or financial outcome will result from participation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wall St. 101 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the service.
